To help participants develop skills that will increase their ability to solve problems and make decisions.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of the workshop delegates should be able to:

  • Identify problem-solving and decision-making processes.
  • Use communication effectively to solve problems and make decisions.
  • Identify useful “models” which could be employed in the decision-making process.
