AIM

To enable delegates to understand what is meant by the marketing approach and making sure that everyone and everything in the organisation is geared to meeting the needs of the market.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of the workshop delegates should be able to:

  • Understand the marketing mix and how an organisation’s resources are used to satisfy customers’ needs
  • Adopt the marketing approach and apply it to their everyday activities
