AIM

To enable delegates to assess their own behaviour, and that of others, and promote a healthy working environment both for themselves and their team.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of the workshop delegates should be able to:
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the causes of stress for themselves and team members
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the cost of stress and the negative impact it can have in the workplace
  • Identify the role of management in reducing stress for team members
  • Show sensitivity to the needs and feelings of others
  • Take action to reduce the causes of stress for themselves and their team members

This workshop is delivered in an interactive style using a range of training techniques and resources. Course handouts are provided
