AIM

To equip managers with an understanding of the skills and knowledge required with managing a project.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of the workshop delegates should be able to:
  • Identify the phases and characteristics of a project
  • Write terms of reference and prepare a project plan for approval
  • Produce an implementation plan and apply a range of project planning techniques to determine time, resource and personnel needs
  • Set up systems and processes to monitor, control and co-ordinate project activity
