AIM

To enable delegates to have a better understanding of managing quality design, processes and systems.

OBJECTIVES

By the end of the workshop delegates should be better able to:
  • Explain what quality means
  • Recognise the benefits of quality improvement and development in their work and appreciate methods of establishing the costs of quality
  • Have a good understanding of Total Quality Management
  • Identify customers and find ways of improving the quality they provide
  • Lead their team towards higher work quality

This workshop is delivered in an interactive style using a range of training techniques and resources. Course handouts are provided.
