- Demonstrate an understanding of different communication styles and behaviours – assertive, aggressive and submissive
- Demonstrate an understanding of the rights of the individual and others’ feelings during interactions
- Identify opportunities to improve interpersonal communication across the organisation
- Demonstrate an understanding of strategies which maximise their opportunity to be assertive and its benefits
- Produce an action plan to support their personal development
