OBJECTIVES
- By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:
- Identify the benefits of both mentoring and coaching
- Understand the difference between mentoring and coaching and know when to apply both processes
- Acquire the skills, knowledge and understanding needed by successful mentors and coaches
- Demonstrate abilities to apply the skills required
- Devise a Personal Action Plan which will help maintain and evaluate skill acquisition
