AIM

To enable managers develop those skills which will be effective when giving support and guidance to others through Mentoring and Coaching processes.

OBJECTIVES

  • By the end of the workshop delegates will be able to:
  • Identify the benefits of both mentoring and coaching
  • Understand the difference between mentoring and coaching and know when to apply both processes
  • Acquire the skills, knowledge and understanding needed by successful mentors and coaches
  • Demonstrate abilities to apply the skills required
  • Devise a Personal Action Plan which will help maintain and evaluate skill acquisition
