Jan Pallas worked with me on a project to re-structure the Production Management Team and identify what new job roles would be required and what the responsibilities of these roles would be. With her expert knowledge of Human Resources, People Development, and Training, we were able to identify the new job roles and all the responsibilities and issues associated with these new roles.
