3 groups of Team Leaders have now attained the ILM Full Certificate in Team Leading and some of their projects to increase efficiency and/or effectiveness have been addressed by Senior Management and incorporated into business plans.

Personal coaching with the Production Manager has also resulted in improved processes to achieve targets.

Further training at ILM Level 3 is planned for a number of first line managers throughout the company.
