Jan Pallas worked with me on a project to re-structure the Production Management Team and identify what new job roles would be required and what the responsibilities of these roles would be. With her expert knowledge of Human Resources, People Development, and Training, we were able to identify the new job roles and all the responsibilities and issues associated with these new roles.
I found whist working with Jan on this project, her approach to the task to be very professional, and at the same time her communication with me was first class.
Jan has also supported the project with follow up communications, which has enabled me to implement the re-structure in a professional and legal manner, whilst satisfying all of the criteria required for the new positions.
As a company, we have and will be using Jan in the future to help us in the implementation of many new initiatives which will allow this company to grow and expand in line with current Market demands.
