Qualifying this year as a Paralegal in Employment Law, with over 20 years experience in Personnel, including 10 years at senior management level in major organisations.  Lorraine is well placed to offer you sound, practical advice on your current employment contracts and policies, assist you in the design of new ones if required, and to ensure all your documentation complies with Employment Law. She can also advise you on other stages of the employment process.

George Miller

George has many years of senior management experience and is able to provide essential support in achieving Business Excellence through Total Quality Management, ISO registration, Investors in People and NVQ awards.

Now a freelance trainer and management consultant, George specialises in leadership, team building and personal development, helping managers and prospective managers realise their true potential and ensuring that organisations gain maximum benefit from investment in their people.

Geoff Steele

Geoff has been working in management development for 12 years and previously ran a customer service system for a large financial organisation. Geoff has a wide portfolio of skills including TQM tools and techniques and is qualified with the European Quality Award as an assessor. He also specialises in Working Smarter processes that concentrate on performance improvement for individuals and organisations. In addition, Geoff has developed a track record of performance improvement in organisations through coaching and one-to-one feedback, facilitating teams as well as managing them through change.
